The Ski School Christoph Schwarz Leutasch belongs to the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association. We are members of the interest grouping of the Tyrolean Ski Schools. The federal state ski school law, precisely the Tyrolean Ski School law 1995 is applicable. All prices include sales taxes and statutory value added taxes. Errors and emissions reserved.
The Ski School Leutasch is open from the beginning of December to the middle of March. The program and prices are all valid until mid-March, after, the spring skiing with changes in program and prices follow.
The lift tickets respectively the cross-country skiing tickets are not included in the price.
A course takes place from 4 participants, the course time decreases with 3 participants.
The course cards are personal and not transferable. The registration card must be kept and presented when redeeming it later.
In the event of accident or sickness sold course cards are only redeemed when a required medical certificate is presented!
No liability is accepted for accidents, which take place before or during the ski lesson.
An accident and liability insurance are the sole responsibility of the participants.
A cancellation free of charge is possible no later than 5.00 p.m. one day prior. However, if the cancellation takes place at a later time, the Ski School Leutasch is entitled to demand the previously agreed cost.
The rental equipment is not insured against breakages, loss or theft. Should such an event occur, a retention must be compounded.
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services of the Ski School resulting from online bookings via the Internet or other online services.

Rent and reservation of ski and snowboarding equipment
Every person who rents equipment must return the rented equipment in a good condition or pay a compensation up to the actual price of the rented product. The rental business is entitled to demand some form of security. That could be a security deposit or the leaving of an identification document (i.e., passport, official I.D., driving license etc.). The provision of a security is not valid as a potential purchase price of the equipment.
Choice of law, place of performance and jurisdiction
The place of performance is the central headquarter of the Ski School / the rental. For all disputes, the relevant appropriate court has jurisdiction at the headquarter of the Ski School Leutasch. The present terms of business are governed by Austrian law. The contract language is German.
